Scott Foreman has owned and operated transportation companies for over thirty years. Previously, Scott founded R&S Couriers and built it into one of the largest rush courier companies in the D.C. area. In 1992, he facilitated the sale of R&S Couriers to US Delivery Systems, the first publicly traded same-day delivery company. During his time at USDS, he served as a Regional Vice President where he developed national sales, technology, and reporting platforms. After leaving USDS, Scott started and grew Field Logistics into a pool distribution company that that served the entire east coast. Following his time at Field Logistics, he co-founded TL Transportation where he now leads company operations, major accounts and strategic projects. Throughout his career, he has served on the board of the Washington Area Courier Association, the Amazon Logistics Leadership Council and the D.C. Trucking Association. He graduated from Syracuse University in 1982, where he was a member of the varsity football team.
